What is Bento?
Bento is a Japanese word. Basically, bento is a home packed lunch or take out box. But like a lot of Japanese things bentos are more artistic and aesthetically pleasing than typical American brown bags. This is my journal of my attempt at bentos. Most of them are based on my 5 years old palette. My bentos will contain more "American" food, but I hope they will have same amount of cute factor. Enjoy.
